Ingredients

  • 6 fillet salmon
  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 0.5 medium cucumber
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. While the salmon is baking, prepare the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  7. Cut the avocado and cucumber into thin slices.
  8. Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  9. Assemble the sushi bowl by placing a scoop of cooked sushi rice on the bottom of a bowl.
  10. Add a piece of baked salmon on top of the rice.
  11. Arrange the sliced avocado, cucumber, and pickled ginger on top of the salmon.
  12. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top.
  13. Drizzle the soy sauce, wasabi paste, and sriracha over the dish to taste.
  14. Serve immediately and enjoy!
