Ingredients
- 6 fillet salmon
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 medium avocado
- 0.5 medium cucumber
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon wasabi
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
- Cut the avocado and cucumber into thin slices.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble the sushi bowl by placing a scoop of cooked sushi rice on the bottom of a bowl.
- Add a piece of baked salmon on top of the rice.
- Arrange the sliced avocado, cucumber, and pickled ginger on top of the salmon.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top.
- Drizzle the soy sauce, wasabi paste, and sriracha over the dish to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
