Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp milk

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp tahini, 1-2 tsp maple syrup (if using), and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
  2. Whisk the mixture until it's smooth and well combined.
  3. Add 1-2 tsp milk and stir until the desired consistency is reached. You can add more milk if needed to thin the dip.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Before serving, give the dip a good stir and adjust the consistency if needed.
