Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp milk
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp tahini, 1-2 tsp maple syrup (if using), and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
- Whisk the mixture until it's smooth and well combined.
- Add 1-2 tsp milk and stir until the desired consistency is reached. You can add more milk if needed to thin the dip.
- Taste the dip and adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Before serving, give the dip a good stir and adjust the consistency if needed.
